The 29th Breeders' Cup takes place this Friday and Saturday, November 2 and 3, at Santa Anita Park, USA, and, with a strong European-trained contingent over the two days, there could well be significant changes in the points standings for the 2012 Cartier Racing Awards.

Al Dahis wins Arabian Sprint thriller

Top Swedish jockey Per-Anders Graberg partnered Al Dahis to glory in the 1200m The Wathba Stud Farm International Arabian Sprint Gr-3 at the Jagersro Racetrack (dirt) on Thursday evening.
Mclain Ward kept the tension going to the last minute in the final event at GCT Valkenswaard winning the closing speed class.

Dujardin celebrates second gold

British Dressage star Charlotte Dujardin won her second gold medal of London 2012 when she was crowned Olympic Individual champion at Greenwich Park today.
Switzerland's Steve Guerdat won the Individual Jumping gold medal at Greenwich Park today.
(FEI) The FEI is delighted to announce that five countries are confirmed as bidders to stage the FEI World Equestrian Games™ in 2018. The five bid cities that have now taken on Official Candidate status are Rabat (MAR); Bromont (CAN); Budapest (HUN); Vienna (AUT) and Wellington (USA).
